My Journey: From Injury to Empowerment

My path has been anything but linear. I've lived through brain and back injuries, chronic pain, grief, and low self-esteem. These experiences don’t define me—but they’ve shaped the work I now do with others.

Today, I live as a grounded optimist—with a purpose that lights me up daily. I’m here to guide you toward healing that honors your body and your life.

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Integrative Health Coach, I’ll design a fully customized program that supports:
