  • All new clients begin with a Starter Program, designed to set a strong foundation for your movement journey.

    This includes one introductory session followed by four personalized training sessions — giving us time to assess, plan, and start making measurable progress together.

    During the introductory session, we’ll review your health history, goals, and previous experiences — what’s worked, what hasn’t, and which focus areas and progressions make the most sense for you right now.

    Afterward, we’ll meet 1–2 times per week for the next four sessions, building consistency, confidence, and momentum.
