  • All first-time clients must start with a starter program that includes an introductory session and 4 additional training sessions. Returning clients can purchase single sessions or programs depending on your needs.

    The introductory session will go over your health history, goals, what’s worked and what hasn’t in the past, and what focus areas and progressions make most sense for you.

    Meets 1x-2x/week for 4 sessions weeks following introductory session (total of 5)

6-Week Whole Self Reset

This 6-week virtual program is designed to support meaningful change across all areas of your wellbeing — with a focus on movement, nourishment, rest, and mindset. Grounded in nature-connected practices and tailored to your life, each session is a step toward more energy, clarity, and alignment.

Whether you’re navigating stress, rebuilding after burnout, or simply ready for a fresh start, we’ll work together to create sustainable shifts that feel empowering and doable.

As with all Heal with Amore programs, this one also seeks to solve functional challenges in your life by learning from and connecting to nature.

We’ll meet virtually to learn, practice and integrate strategies that support your overall health and wellbeing—wherever you’re at each week.
