Learning from Nature
My journey began in sustainable climate action, and I continue to be inspired by design rooted in the natural world. Biomimicry—drawing innovation from nature’s time-tested strategies—remains a deep passion of mine and a powerful source of hope in the face of today’s complex challenges.
In addition to my work in health and fitness, I’m dedicated to expanding awareness and education around biomimicry. This design framework looks to biological organisms, processes, and ecosystems to solve human challenges in ways that are sustainable, functional, and elegant.
I teach individuals and teams how to apply biomimicry to their lives, work, and projects—and offer customized consulting and educational sessions for a wide range of audiences.
If you’re curious about how biomimicry could inspire your project or event, reach out for current rates or to schedule a consultation. I’d love to connect.
