At Heal with Amore, I use a nature-connected approach to help others change habits, improve functional movement and fitness, increase mindfulness, and solve personal challenges. I integrate various healing modalities intended to help people across all walks of life improve overall health, reduce pain, and enhance performance.
I specialize in creating inclusive, custom-designed wellness programs aimed to support a person’s whole self—with a foundation rooted in love. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I create custom workout programs aimed to improve postural stability, joint mobility, functional movement, balance, muscular fitness, cardiorespiratory fitness, and performance and endurance. Whether you’re recovering, just starting out, or looking to optimize your fitness routine, I’ll help you get where you want to go.
Chronic Pain Recovery + Stress Management
In today’s fast-paced and demanding world, many of us are over-stressed, challenged by chronic ailments, and up against a flawed healthcare system designed to keep us sick. I specialize in helping people navigate these challenges, which can lead to deep healing, better health, faster recovery, enhanced productivity, and greater overall wellbeing. We’ll work through the process of unlearning pain—beyond coping—and explore techniques for emotional regulation.
